PHOTO:See what someone claimed he saw after Buhari was announced winner of the election..

"I stepped outside my house at Mobil road close to Eleganza Gardens Lekki just after Buhari was declared president, I looked  up to the sky and saw this. You may confirm this.. happened just after 8pm..."

This would be on Wednesday. Did anybody else around that area see this?

Can someone  explain this to us?
