According to Samuel Zakka, the accused deceived and took his two-year-old daughter to a nearby uncompleted building where he abused her sexually by dipping his finger into the girl’s genital.
Police investigated and took the girl to the hospital where it was confirmed that she had been abused sexually.
The accused, however, pleaded not guilty when brought in front of Judge Umar Kagarko & was granted bail in the sum of N100, 000, with one surety that must reside within the court’s jurisdiction. The Judge also adjourned the case to Dec. 17 for hearing
