The items presented include 12 computers, three printers and books on Chinese policies.
“One of the major problems of collaboration is that you must be able to understand the people you are collaborating with. We are talking about having a department that teaches Chinese language; we have spoken about it.
“The equipment they are talking about are ICT equipment, computers and printers. What this means is that our students can now key more into e-learning.
“The entire world is going into ICT. In fact, any institution that is not ICT compliant is not an institution of the 21st century,’’ he said.
